The Fallen Luxury Guarantee

We unequivocally guarantee that every piece in our curation is 100% authentic and accurately detailed. Your acquisition is protected by our unyielding standards of verification.

Our Returns Policy

Due to the exclusive nature of our curation, returns are strictly honored within three (3) calendar days of delivery, and only under the following circumstances:

  • The item significantly deviates from its curated description (e.g., incorrect model or undisclosed condition issues).
  • A claim is initiated under our Authentication Guarantee, verified by a mutually agreed-upon, certified independent expert.

Conditions for Return Acceptance

To maintain the integrity of our pieces, the item must be returned in its original, unworn condition, accompanied by all original packaging. Crucially, the official "Fallen Luxury" security tag must remain pristine and securely attached. If this tag is removed, altered, or damaged in any way, the return will be unequivocally declined.

Initiating a Return

Please contact our Client Concierge at contact@fallenluxury.com within the three-day window. All return requests undergo a rigorous validation process by our atelier team prior to approval.

The Refund Process

Upon receipt, our authentication team will meticulously inspect the returned item. Once the item's condition and the return reason are validated, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
