COOKIES POLICY

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit fallenluxury.com. Some are essential for the site to work; others are only used if you allow them.

2. Your Choice

On your first visit we show a cookie banner with two options: Accept All and Reject All.

  • Until you choose, and if you choose Reject All, analytics and advertising cookies are off. Google Analytics runs in a restricted, cookieless mode (Google Consent Mode with all storage denied), and the Meta Pixel does not send events.
  • If you choose Accept All, analytics and advertising cookies are enabled as described below.
  • Your choice is remembered for 12 months in a cookie named fl_consent_state.
  • You can change your choice at any time: change your cookie preferences. This clears your saved choice and shows the banner again. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

3. Cookies We Use

  • Strictly necessary (always on): keep the site secure and working, for example your session and shopping cart, sign-in, form protection and your cookie choice (fl_consent_state). These cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, uses cookies such as _ga to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
  • Advertising (only with your consent): the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel uses cookies such as _fbp and _fbc to measure our advertising and show relevant ads. With your consent we also send the same shopping events (for example a page view or a completed purchase) to Meta directly from our server (Meta Conversions API). We do not send these events to Meta if you have not accepted. Google advertising measurement, when enabled, follows the same consent.

4. Third Parties

Google and Meta process the analytics and advertising data described above under their own privacy policies. When you pay, our payment provider (PayU) may set its own cookies on its payment pages, which are needed to process your payment securely.
