We guarantee that every item is 100% authentic and as described. Your purchase is protected by our rigorous standards.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only if:

• The item is significantly not as described (e.g., incorrect model, undisclosed damage)
• A claim is filed under our Authentication Guarantee, requiring proof from an independent, certified expert

Condition for Acceptance of Return

For a return to be valid, the item must be returned with the original "Fallen Luxury" return tag securely attached. If this tag is removed, the return will be refused. The item must be in unworn, original condition with all packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team at contact@fallenluxury.com within the 3-day window. All return requests are subject to validation by our team.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and validate the return reason, we will process a full refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
