RETURN & AUTHENTICATION POLICY

The Fallen Luxury Guarantee

We unequivocally guarantee that every piece in our curation is 100% authentic and accurately detailed. Your acquisition is protected by our unyielding standards of verification.

Our Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within three (3) calendar days of delivery. A return is free of charge and receives a full refund when:

• The item significantly deviates from its curated description (e.g., incorrect model or undisclosed condition issues).

Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee

Authenticity is guaranteed for life, separately from the three-day return window. If, at any time after delivery, a mutually agreed, certified independent expert finds that an item you bought from us is not authentic, return it with your Fallen Luxury invoice and Certificate of Authenticity and we will refund the full purchase price. The three-day window and the security-tag condition below do not apply to authenticity claims.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If the item matches its description but you have changed your mind, you may still request a return within three (3) calendar days of delivery, subject to the Conditions for Return Acceptance below. For change-of-mind returns:

• Return shipping is arranged and paid for by you.
• A re-cataloguing fee of ₹900 is deducted from your refund. This covers re-inspection, re-authentication and re-listing of the piece.

Conditions for Return Acceptance

To maintain the integrity of our pieces, the item must be returned in its original, unworn condition, accompanied by all original packaging. Crucially, the official "Fallen Luxury" security tag must remain pristine and securely attached. If this tag is removed, altered, or damaged in any way, the return will be unequivocally declined.

Initiating a Return

Please contact our Client Concierge at [email protected] within the three-day window. All return requests undergo a rigorous validation process by our atelier team prior to approval.

The Refund Process

Upon receipt, our authentication team will meticulously inspect the returned item. Once the item's condition and the return reason are validated, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Returns due to a description discrepancy or an upheld Authentication Guarantee claim receive a full refund. For change-of-mind returns, the ₹900 re-cataloguing fee is deducted from the refund and return shipping costs are not refunded.
