Montblanc
A German luxury house founded in Hamburg in 1906, world-renowned for the Meisterstück fountain pen and its snow-capped white star emblem.
About Montblanc
Montblanc was founded in 1906 when Berlin engineer August Eberstein, backed by Hamburg banker Alfred Nehemias, began producing fountain pens under the name Simplo Filler Pen Co. The company took its lasting name from Mont Blanc, the highest peak in the Alps, adopting the mountain's snow-capped silhouette as its iconic white star emblem.
Since launching the Meisterstück in 1924, Montblanc has become synonymous with fine writing instruments, later expanding into leather goods, watches, and accessories, all bearing the hallmark six-pointed star of German craftsmanship.
